Area 51 Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Express Delivery is only applicable if the product is available in specific stock.
- From the time of order confirmation, Express Delivery is completed within 24 working hours. If it takes longer than 24 working hours, the customer will not have to bear any delivery charges. (Terms & Conditions apply)
- Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the product. Before confirming the order, our agent will call and provide all delivery-related details.
- If Express Delivery is confirmed before 12:00 PM on a specific day, the product will be delivered on the same day.
- If Express Delivery is confirmed after 12:00 PM, the product will be delivered the next day.
- For locations outside Dhaka, Express Delivery orders will be handed over to the courier service within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Free delivery offers are not applicable for Express Delivery.
ডেলিভারি শর্তাবলী:
১। এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি শুধুমাত্র পণ্য নির্দিষ্ট স্টকে থাকলেই প্রযোজ্য।
২। অর্ডার কনফার্মের সময় থেকে ২৪ কর্মঘণ্টার মধ্যে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়। যদি ২৪ কর্মঘণ্টার বেশি সময় লাগে, তবে ক্রেতাকে কোনো ডেলিভারি চার্জ বহন করতে হবে না। (শর্ত প্রযোজ্য)
৩। ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের আকার ও ওজনের উপর নির্ভর করে। অর্ডার কনফার্মের পূর্বে আমাদের এজেন্ট কল করে ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত সকল তথ্য জানিয়ে দিবেন।
৪। নির্দিষ্ট দিনে দুপুর ১২টার আগে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি কনফার্ম করা হলে, সেই দিনেই পণ্য ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হবে।
৫। দুপুর ১২টার পর এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি কনফার্ম করা হলে, পরবর্তী দিন পণ্য ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হবে।
৬। ঢাকার বাইরে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কুরিয়ারে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
৭। এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে কোনো প্রকার ফ্রি ডেলিভারি অফার প্রযোজ্য নয়।
